Bolton User
Group Service
(B.U.G.S) website. Government guidelines
have recently suggested that 'service users'
should have some influence on treatment
methods/policy (i.e. an influence regarding
their own treatment). In accordance, B.U.G.S
aim to raise awareness and understanding
of the way in which substance misuse is
treated in Bolton and the surrounding area.
Though B.U.G.S is funded from the wider
Bolton Drug Treatment budget, the group
strive to be independent in their views
and objectives.
Opinions are equally valued regardless of
personal circumstance or status. Anyone
is welcome to attend the weekly group meetings;

input from National UK and worldwide sources.
B.U.G.S forums enable anyone to express opinions
